Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge. No-shows forfeit the entire rental fee.

We specialize in Class 1 Pedal-Assist, Full-Suspension Electric Mountain Bikes (E-MTB) suitable for the trails of the OZ Trails network (e.g., Coler, Slaughter Pen). These bikes are top-tier and maintained to the highest standards.

Every rental includes a properly fitted helmet, and basic trail repair kit (if requested). We also provide a quick orientation on the bike's controls and battery management.

Battery life depends heavily on the rider's weight, terrain, and the assist level used (Eco vs. Turbo). Our bikes typically provide 15-45 miles of range under varied rider weight, weather, elevation, and mountain biking conditions, which is sufficient for a full day on the Bentonville trails.

We recommend bringing water/hydration, appropriate riding shoes (flat pedals are standard), appropriate riding clothes, knee pads, and sunglasses. Gloves are recommended for comfort on the trails.

All renters must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign the waiver. The maximum recommended weight is 249 lbs.

We provide free delivery and pickup service for every rental. This service covers all of Bentonville and the surrounding areas. We drop off and collect your bike directly at your location, including all major accommodations (hotels, VRBOs, Airbnbs) and designated trailheads.

Class 1 E-Mountain Bikes are permitted on most major mountain bike trails in the Bentonville area, including the Slaughter Pen, Coler Preserve, and most single-track in the OZ Trails network.

All rentals include a Damage Protection Plan, accepted during the checkout process, that covers accidental damage (like bent wheels) up to $500 retail costs.

The renter is responsible for any damage in excess of $500 in retail\ costs, or theft of the equipment.
